My Services

Consulting
I assist and guide higher education institutions and other leaders in finding opportunities for innovation, improvement, and growth in their administrative operations. Working side-by-side with leaders, managers, and teams, we co-create agile solutions to pressing challenges, such as process and workflow design, staff retention, employee motivation, and engagement. Let’s make higher education administration a great place to work, learn, grow, and thrive. Together.

Professional Coaching
As an experienced ICF and Board Certified Coach, I partner with current and new leaders to explore assumptions, values, and behavioral patterns that drive their daily interactions. Through powerful questions and active, deep listening rooted in positive psychology, I empower my clients to gain insights, find enjoyment in their work, and take action to enhance their leadership and operational skills, making more meaningful and sustainable contributions to their institution.

Team Facilitation
Managing group dynamics in an environment with many functional, disciplinary, and administrative silos, such as higher education, can be particularly challenging. As a skilled facilitator and trainer with more than 12,000 hours of classroom experience, I lead individuals in teams and groups to understand their common objectives and foster a trusting and inclusive environment that allows all participants to collaborate actively, co-create ideas and solutions, and reach each session’s objectives.

Training
Whatever your training needs and desired outcomes, I help teams and groups of leaders, managers, and staff in higher education engage the subject with focus, purpose, and impact in mind. As a corporate, nonprofit, and higher education trainer with over 20 years of experience, I ensure all trainings have clear, actionable, and sustainable outcomes and objectives and deliver instructional designs that meet the needs and aspirations of all participants.
