A trusted advisor, coach, facilitator, and trainer, I specialize in transforming educational and nonprofit institutions into innovative, adaptive, and agile learning ecosystems that put the human need to grow and find meaning in our professional lives front and center. Adhering to the foundational principles of Agile, my passion for organizations as complex, adaptive, people-led, and continuously emergent entities drives me to leverage human behavior, social interactions, and holistic systems thinking to help leaders create positive and empowered cultures where no challenge is too big to overcome through the power of human potential.
With over two decades of experience in higher education, as well as the nonprofit sector, where I helped multinational corporations tackle intercultural communication challenges, I have built internationally recognized expertise through my research and writing on higher education leadership, organizational development, communication, and culture.
In addition to holding certifications as a Professional Leadership Coach, Agile Coach, and Agile Team Facilitator, I am is a current member of the American Association of University Administrators (AAUA) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
