Dr. Tim Jansa is a consultant, coach, facilitator, and leader who specializes in transforming educational and nonprofit institutions into innovative, adaptive, and agile learning ecosystems that put the human need to grow and find meaning in our professional lives front and center. Dr. Jansa has over two decades of experience in higher education, as well as the nonprofit sector, where he helped multinational corporations tackle intercultural communication challenges. In addition to spending 14 years working within the University System of Georgia and at private institutions, he has built internationally recognized expertise through his research and writing on higher education leadership, organizational development, communication, and culture.
